Rev. Quang Vinh Chu was born in Phan Thiet, north of Saigon City, Vietnam.
He then came to America in 1979.

• Education:  Attended a high school seminary in Vietnam, but was unable to continue his education for the ministry after the fall of Saigon in 1975. After coming to America, Fr. Quang studied English and Electronic Technology at Santa Ana College before resuming his studies for the priesthood. Graduated from St. Joseph College, Mountain View, CA and St. John’s Seminary, Camarillo CA.

Among his many interests, Fr. Quang enjoys playing golf and tennis whenever he has time.
