The Knights of Columbus of St. Mary’s by the Sea thank our generous parishioner for their support. Here is how we helped our parish and community during 2025.

• Provided flowers for the church for Christmas and Easter
• Sponsored our Pastor for the Knights Annual Clergy Appreciation Dinner
• Donated $500 to the parish general fund
• Donated $200 toward the parish Christmas Party
• Donated $200 for the parish picnic
• Donated $1,100 for pro-life centers from our Easter lily sales
• Raised over $5.000 for scholarships for children with special needs.
• Sponsored three $500 religious scholarships from our poinsettia sales
• Raised almost $15,000 to provide 98 wheelchairs for veterans in southern California

Our parish Knights of Columbus will be outside after each Mass November 8th^th and 9^th accepting donations for our “Wheelchairs for Veterans” campaign. All donations are gratefully appreciated.  For only $150, you can provide one wheelchair for a veteran and give them the gift of mobility. Last year, with your generous donations, we were able to purchase 53 wheelchairs for deserving veterans in Southern California.

SPECIAL NEEDS CAMPAIGN

The Knights of Columbus of St. Mary’s by the Sea are conducting their annual campaign to benefit children and adults with special needs.  All of the money collected stays in Huntington Beach and supports the Therapeutic Riding Center in Central Park.  The riding center strives to empower children with intellectual and developmental challenges to discover their greatest strengths and gain a sense of self-confidence and self-reliance through the special relationship with a horse. We will be collecting donations outside the church after Mass on February 24 and 25.  Your donation will provide scholarships for the children.    Checks may be made out to T. Riding Center.  You may also make a credit card donation. Your donation is tax-deductible.

The Knights of Columbus would like to thank our parishioners for their generosity during our Easter Lily sales.  All of the proceeds were donated to the Pro-Life Horizon Pregnancy Center of Huntington Beach. The Center saved over 180 babies last year and provides free ultrasounds and support to women in need.
